When reporting a bug, please include what you can of the app version, device model, iOS version, the steps you took, and any error shown. Do not send your Steam password, API keys, or unnecessary personal information. Hide names and IDs in screenshots as needed. We review every message and respond in turn.
Enter your Steam profile URL, custom ID, or 17-digit SteamID64. You never need to sign in to Steam or enter a password. If your profile URL contains a 17-digit number after "/profiles/", that number is your SteamID64.
In Steam's privacy settings, set both "My profile" and "Game details" to Public. Changes to privacy settings can take a while to take effect.
Pull down on Home, Tasks, Library, or Profile to sync. Auto sync is off at first. Turn it on in Profile to update when you open or return to the app. Unlocka cannot change your unlock status on Steam.
Achievements are loaded game by game. Open a game in Library or tap "Load achievements for 5 more games" to load more. Achievement search and stats cover loaded games only. Some games do not have Steam achievements.
Saved data for games that failed to load is kept. If Steam itself is having problems, please try again later.
Tap the plus button on an achievement to add it to Planned, and switch it to In Progress on the Tasks screen. Touch and hold to change the order. Tasks are completed automatically when a sync brings in the unlock from Steam.
When you switch accounts, the original account's tasks, notes, and cache stay on your device. To delete them, switch to that account and use the data options in Profile.
Unlocka follows your device's language and is available in English and Japanese. To use a different language for Unlocka only, open the Settings app, tap Unlocka, then choose a language under Language.
